My Khe Beach - Bãi biển Mỹ Khê, with a view of tall building alongside the coastal, this beach were located next to the city kinda cool, right? And if you're into surfing, the waves can actually be pretty good, depending on the season. When its not surfing season, the waves are pretty calm, but don’t underestimate their wave, this “look calm” water were actually have a pretty strong grip and force, other than that this waves sometimes have a rip current during the storm season.
What to Expect
A clean sand and sunbathing is very recommended here, there’s some stall that offer you a bed or a beach chair to do sunbathing, but you can also bring your own property to do sunbathing, Also, there are tons of cozy little cafés and seafood joints nearby too, so you can grab some fresh, tasty food without burning a hole in your wallet. The price of a small stall will start from 30.000VND for a cup of coffee.
And do you know that Vietnam was famous for being the earliest country in SEA? In the morning, you can see a beautiful sunrise on this beach and there’s Vietnamese exercise too, they usually start around 4am in the morning, and the food alongside the coastline was always there for 24 hours! So say goodbye to your hunger, food was always there. In the morning, you can find a delicious Vietnamese breakfast, and phở and bánh mì as the common food here with some snack and drinks, at night there’s a coffee bar that sell coffee and snack.

What’s even better? It’s never too packed, so it’s the perfect spot to chill and get away from the busier parts of Da Nang. Seriously, if you’re in town, you have to check it out. Whether you’re just stopping by for a bit or spending the whole day, it’s one of those beaches that’ll have you wanting to come back again and again.
